Fit ‘N Time: It’s Time To Work In A Workout!

Monica T. Romig, owner and founder of Fit 'N Time, has devoted much of her life to fitness and training clients. She has extensive knowledge and experience with the health club industry, with prior positions as manager, supervisor as well as class instructor and trainer. She finds joy in working with many populations, from kids to seniors, watching her clients reap the benefits of regular exercise. Monica’s many national certifications include aerobics, weight training and Pilates.

Monica has several degrees in education and psychology and puts them to use educating and motivating her clients.
